Uniforms

Scout uniforms are an important part of the Boy Scout program and one of the methods of scouting.  Each boy gets to be part of a group demonstrated by their uniform and each group has a personal sense of identity. 

The scout uniform is also a display case for a scout's individual achievements and recognitions.  We wear the uniform to assosicate ourselves with the principles to which we are committed - character developement, citizenship training and physical and mental fitness.  The uniform is not intended to hide our individuality, but it is a way we give each other strength and support.

The official "Class A" uniform consists of a shirt, pants, belt, a neckerchief, slide and hat.  Official scout socks and official pants / shorts are optional and can be substituted with jeans, khaki's or a pair of navy blue pants / shorts that you may already have.

In Pack 11 we ask all scouts to wear their "Class A" uniforms to all monthly Pack meetings and community events.  Consult with your den leader first, but in general Pack T-Shirts may be worn to den meetings and informal outdoor events.

	Pack 11 T-Shirts   We'd like to encourage all new and returning scouts and leaders to purchase the newly designed Pack 11 T-Shirts. Parents are welcome to purchase one as well. Unless otherwise specified, Pack T-Shirts can be worn to all den meetings and non-formal outdoor activities.	Pack 11 T-Shirts can be  purchased at Pack meetings and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
