ScoutTrack

ScoutTrack.com
is an internet-based service that makes it easy to manage Cub Scout pack records and achievements.  Because it is internet-based, it can be accessed from anywhere, anytime and by everyone.  Since everyone in the Pack shares the same system, everyone is kept up-to-date with the same information at the same time.  It replaces the manual and time-consuming achievement tracking charts and trail records in the back of the Scout Handbooks as well as the spread sheets, paper records and PC-based Pack management packages, formally used by den leaders and Cub Masters.

Parents: ScoutTrack is not just for Den Leaders:  At home, you are Akela and therefore you are encouraged and authorized to use ScoutTrack to record your son's achievements.

  • ScoutTrack.com presents all the achievements and badges that Scouts can work on in a format that is simple and easy to use.  Parents and scouts gain a better understanding of the available activities and what it takes to earn badges and other awards - thus empowering them to complete more at home.
  • ScoutTrack.com also includes a Pack and Den Directory, making it easy to access names, phone numbers and email addresses of anyone in your Pack.
  • ScoutTrack serves as a central directory for many of the forms and information parents typically need.  These are found by clicking on the BULLETIN tab on the HOME page.
Log on to ScoutTrack.com anytime and start working with your Scout on earning his badges!!

Important Note:  In order
for your scout to be recognized for any achievement earned, all completed requirements for the month must be entered in no later than the Sunday prior to the next Pack Meeting.

If you have not received your ScoutTrack log-in, please notify your den leader or Cub Master.
